Whilst our websites are targeted to Australian consumers, most of our suppliers will ship internationally – especially to New Zealand, United States, Great Britain. You’ll need to check with our individual suppliers as each is different.
If for some strange reason the delivery is returned back to the supplier then the supplier will contact you immediately to resolve this.
The choice of couriers, including Allied Express, Toll IPEC, and Australian Post have efficient procedures in place to ensure that you receive your order. It may mean that you will need to visit the local depot or post office but we are happy to help you if you would rather not deal with the courier company directly.
Rejected by Receiver
Please make sure the receiver is expecting the delivery, even if the item is intended as a gift. In some cases you can expect a cost to redeliver the item.
Delivery varies depending on the carrier and the individual item. For example, if the furniture is made to order this will be longer than an off-the-shelf item. Whilst most of our suppliers are Australian-based, some are from United States, New Zealand or Asia. Do check before purchasing if you need the item urgently.
Pickup or own transport is usually not available.
If the couriers don’t visit your location within Australia (really remote) then their is a fair chance we can’t deliver your order. In this case we will send you a full refund but please contact us with your address details the SKU number of the products if you are unsure.
